APRSAF-24 Water Rocket Event

Application Information Sheet

The attention of the members of APRSAF Space Education Working Group (SE WG) is drawn to the
following measures that are necessary to enable the organization of the event.

1. All the participants must fully complete and submit the attached application form by no later than 14
September 2017 (Thursday) to APRSAF Water Rocket Event Secretariat. (NB: Please refer to
APRSAF-24 Water Rocket Event: Outline for contact details.)
2. ISRO of India will provide all participants of the Event with accommodation on a shared basis at its
complex during their entire stay in association with the Event, which is understood to be for 2 or 3
nights from 10 November to 12 or 13 November 2017 in principle, depending on each participating
countrys flight schedule.
3. ISRO will cover the cost of all meals during their stay in India in association with the Event, which is
understood to be from 10 November until departure on 12 or 13 November in principle, depending on
each participating countrys flight schedule.
4. Each country may be represented by up to 2 Teachers/Instructors and 6 Students. All participating
students must be between the ages of 12 and 16 on the day of the Water Rocket Event (Date of Birth
between 13 November 2000 and 12 November 2005).
5. Any participant aside from the 2 Teachers/Instructors and 6 Students will be classified as Observers.
Observers will be obligated to pay for their own accommodation, meals and transportation during their
event.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR OBSERVERS

Payment details will be notified later upon the submission of the application.

Important Notice
If you delay submission past the due date, we cannot guarantee that your team members will be able to
obtain visa for travellers who are entering India.
