Before 1921 the viewpoint on Corcovado hill was already one of the tourist
attractions of Rio de Janeiro, including the Corcovado Railway, which had been
inaugurated in 1884 by Emperor Pedro II of Brazil.

The idea of a religious monument in Rio de Janeiro was born in 1859, with Catholic
presbyter Pedro Maria Boss and Princess Isabel of Brazil. However, the idea did
not materialize during the Empire of Brazil. It resumed in 1921, when the centenary
of the Independence of Brazil was approaching. Hector da Silva Costa was
delegated to the execution of the wave, and the statue was made by the French
sculptor Paul Landowski. [5]

8.5.3. STATUE OF CHRIST THE KING

The Statue of Christ the King is located in wiebodzin (Poland). It is the image of
Christ highest of the world, with its 36 meters being that its overlaid crown has a
height of 3 meters surpassing the Christ of the Concord of Cochabamba (Bolivia)
that is 34,20 m of height without adding the pedestal of 6 , 24m; The Christ King of
Cali (Colombia), which is 35 m high and 5 m high; And the Christ Redeemer
Corcovado in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) that has 30 m. It was finished building on
Saturday November 6, 2010 and was installed on a hill about 16 m high.

Like the Christ of Rio de Janeiro and the Christ of Concord in Bolivia, the statue of
Swiebodzin is completely white, with the only difference being that it has a golden
crown of a height of three meters.

The last elements of the statue, the head and the arms, were installed with the aid
of a huge crane sent especially to the place since a first attempt, the previous
week, was finished with a failure because the crane lacked the necessary power.
It is estimated that the total weight of the construction is 440 tons [6]

9. RESULTS
The Christ of Concordia is the largest symbol of Cochabamba for several reasons
the main is because it is in a very strategic place that you can see almost
everywhere its size also helps.

The sculptor who created the Christ of Concordia was inspired by the Christ of
Brazil but never equaled the Christ of Brazil being smaller than the Christ of
Concordia
The redeeming Christ has many more tourists than the one of Bolivia also the
Christ of Brazil is in one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

10. CONCLUSION

In conclusion that by doing this work I learned much more of the Christ of
Concordia and any person reading my research will understand that the Christ of
Concordia is not only a statue of Christ is a memory of the visit of Papa ll.

Is the second largest statue in the world to do this work I learned that we have
incredible tourist places in Cochabamba and not only in Cochabamba also in
Bolivia and tourists like the Christ of Concordia always hear good comments to
excellent comments of people who never They came to Bolivia.

Incredibly the statue of the Christ of Concordia being larger than that of Brazil
being the second largest statue in the world internationally is nothing compared to
the Christ Redentor.

11. RECOMMENDATIONS
You have to visit the Christ of Concord, all the tourist places of Bolivia and always
investigate or revise some of its history, characteristics, etc

To have a better experience of the place you can discover very important or very
interesting things.

My recommendations to have a better experience of the Christ of Concordia you

have to walk up the stairs another experience is to climb the cable car and last but
less important to get in the car are three very different experiences the dancing
waters in Cochabamba Find in the family park a very good option that has
