Overview

We are interested in determining if a set of online comments contain

profanity/obscenity, identity based hate, threatening language, or insults. Please
use the following definitions as a guide:

Profanity/Obscenity: contains swear words, curse words, or other vulgar,

explicit or offensive language.
Identity based hate: Inciting hatred or anger against a person or group based
on identity attributes like race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or
gender.
Insults: derogatory name calling, pejorative labelling or putting others down.
Threatening: makes explicit or implicit threats of harm.
