Contact 1-800-TEL-CRIB for replacement parts and instructional literature if neede: CRIB ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: To assemble the two Side Frames to the Front and Back Frames, use eight 2 3/4” Bolts, eight washers and the Allen Wrench, Note the notched area of the upper end rail of the End Frame must be attached to the front of the crib. (See Photo) Step 2: To attach the Mattress Support (Spring) to the crib, decide which position you desire to mount the Mattress Support (Spring). Insert four 3/4” Bolts and four washers through the holes in the arms and into the inserts located in the Front and Back Frames. Tighten using the Allen Wrench. Once a crib has been converted to a youth bed or adult bed it is not intended to be converted back to a crib. YOUTH BED CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS Make sure the Mattress Support (Spring) is in the lowest position for the Youth Bed Conversion stage. WITHOUT GUARD RAIL Step 1: Remove the Front Frame from the Crib by removing the four 2 3/4” Bolts. Detach the Mattress Support (Spring) from the Crib. ‘Step 2: Now attach the two Front Posts to the Side Frame by using the four 2 3/4” Bolts. Step 3: Attach the Mattress Support (Spring) on each comer by using four 3/4” Bolts and the Allen Wrench, Insert the 3/4” Bolts through holes in the spring arms and into the inserts = located in the Front Frame and Front Posts. Tighten using the Allen Wrench, Stops 2&3 Once a crib has been converted to a youth bed or adult bed it is not intended to be converted back to a crib. ae se a ole Make sure the Mattress Support (Spring) is in the lowest position for the Youth Bed Conversion stage. Step 4: Tap the 2 Wooden Dowels at each end of the Youth Rail. Attach the Youth Rail to the Front Posts, using two 2 3/4” Bolts and Allen Wrench. WITH GUARD RAIL (sold separately) | Follow Steps 1-4 above, but substitute the Youth Rail with the Guard Fail ‘Attach the Guard ail to the Front Posts. Using three 2 3/4” Bolts, and Allen Wrench, Step 4 (without Guard Rail) (with Guard Rail) et ls ere Ms Cea ey Conversion from crib using Wood Rails (sold separately). ull TL Step 4: Attach the five cross slats to the Adult Rails, youwill need ten 1” screws and your Philips Head screwdriver. Step 1: To convert to an adult full size bed from a crib you must remove Mattress ‘Support (Spring) and the two Side Frames Step 2: The Back Frame and the Front Frame of the Crib are the headboard and footboard for the Adult Bed. Step : Find the Adult Rails and hardware included in the Adult Rail Conversion Kit. To attach the Adult Rails to the headboard and footboard, use eight 3/4” Bolts and the Allen Wrench. Note that the cleats should be at the bottom. (See photo) The adult bed is not intended to be used by children under 6 years of age without proper adult supervision. This adult bed is NOT a toy. DO NOT allow children to play or climb on adult bed. Detach the Mattress Support (Spring) from the Crib, Step 2: Now attach the two Front Posts to the Side Frame by using the four 2 3/4” Bolts Step 1 ; Attach the Mattress Support (Spring) on each corner by using four 3/4” Bolts and the Allen Wrench, Insert the 3/4” Bolts through holes in the spring arms and into the inserts, —_ located in the Front Frame and Front Posts. Tighten using the Allen Wrench. Steps 2&3 FOR FUTURE USE AND REFERENCE | RETAIN THIS INSTRUCTION SHEET AND THE CRIB TOOLS IN THE ORIGINAL SACK AND SECURE IT TO THE SPRING UNDER THE MATTRESS WITH PLASTIC TIES.
