Note to the Interviewee: Please complete this form. The student will benefit more by
frankly having his/her faults called attention to than by merely receiving compliments.
This report will have no bearing on the students course grade. Its sole purpose is to
provide objective feedback from a professional person outside the classroom. Please use
the back of the sheet if necessary.

1. What are your frank reactions to the manner in which the student initiated the
interview? Did he/she give a clear explanation of the type of information he/she was
seeking and why he/she was seeking it? The student was good very happy and well
dressed. She started with smile and ended with it. Her information was very clear to
me.

2. What is your reaction to the students self-presentation? What specific behaviors were
effective or not effective? (e.g. confidence, eye contact, vocabulary, tone of voice,
dress, level of interest, etc.) well I was the one who was very shy and acted strange
but the student was very confident and well dressed. During our interview she was
smiling throughout the interview with eye contact and her tone and voice was good.

3. What is your reaction to the students organization of the interview as a whole? Did
the questions elicit information that you feel is important? Did he/she skip from topic
to topic too quickly? Did he/she allow you enough time to answer? The student
presented the topic she was very interested which I have same backgrounds and of
course it was very important questions. The student was well planned and I had
plenty of time to answer each of her question.

4. What specific suggestions can you give this student to help improve his/her
performance in interviewing? I will suggest her to improve her vocabularys skills.
