Subject: Request for 2 Days of Leave on Account of a Birthday.

Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that I, Leo Motas, working as the Head Tech here at Budz Computers,
need a leave for two days, starting from November 14-15,2017, to attend the birthday party of My
Daughter. The birthday will be celebrated on November 15 and we are planning to arrange a family
get together on this occasion. Being the Father, there are several arrangements that I have to make
before the Birthday.

I will be very grateful to you if you kindly approve my Two Days leave for the stated reason. Thanking
