CHILDREN
These are important because to know the safety and effectiveness of the drug for
children
If I dont follow them, it will be mistake when we should give the drugs to the
patient who can worsen the patients condition.

2. CONSULT YOUR SENIOR WHEN IN DOUBT

These are important because senior have a more knowledge and experience for
help when Im in a doubt.
If I dont follow them because sometimes theyre wrong to extend of information.

3. CHECK IF THE PATIENT HAS ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO

DRUGS
These are important because we know what the drug we should give to the
patient.
If I dont follow them it will make worsen patients condition.

4. CHECK IF THE PATIENT IS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON

These are important because to ensure the patient can comply with the rules in the
drug.
If I dont follow them it will be slow the healing process because the patient
forget to take medication.

5. CHECK FOR ALTERNATIVES TO DRUG

These are important because to know a good way in alternatives to choose the
drug.
If I dont follow them the patient will allergic if they dont at an alternative
medication.
