Residential Landlord-Tenant Agreement

The date of the beginning of the rent is DATE.

The lease will terminate on DATE, but may be extended pending certain
conditions that will be itemized in the formal lease.
The room has electricity and water but no furniture, and smoking is not allowed
inside the room.
The rent per month is 15,000/-.
A security deposit or guarantee of 2, 50,000/- must be paid before you move in. It
will be returned at the end of the last month and minus any costs for damage to the
structure and premises assets. Landlord will refund to Tenant the security deposit, less
any amounts due from Tenant to Landlord for any of the items:
unpaid rent, unpaid late charges, cost of repair.
The room is only for residential purposes and not for commercial purposes.
The rent will be paid by the tenant to the landlord on or before.
The tenant may not sublease the room to a third party.
The tenant's responsibility to keep the rental premises clean.
Restrictions on tenant repairs and alterations of premises without landlord permission.
