I am currently a senior at the University of North Florida (UNF) and will have graduated with
my Bachelors degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics by April 2018. I am very enthusiastic
about the internship at Mayo Clinic in Florida being that I have worked for Mayo Clinic for over
a year. I heard about the internship opportunity through my Assistant Director of Pharmacy, Rob
Darracott. I have been most interested in the clinical aspect of dietetics and would enjoy residing
at Mayo Clinic as a full-time Registered Dietician (RD) if possible after the internship.

I moved to Jacksonville to complete the Dietetic Program at UNF and have since enjoyed living
here. I am proud to have worked for Mayo Clinic, and I have enjoyed every aspect of the
company and all they do for healthcare. I have been a licensed, nationally certified pharmacy
technician for over 10 years and hope to relate my knowledge of medicine to dietetics. If you
