Scope and Limitation

This study was compiled by the researchers that started September 15-November 18,
2017 with the chosen respondent Reco Ibarra. This research talks about explaining the
disease process of his condition. All the nursing intervention and pharmacologic intervention
done to reduce the risk of developing any further complications is limited only upon student
nurse capability under the supervision of the Clinical instructor. The extent of the study
includes the overall data gathered upon assessment, interview of the patient himself, walk-in
laboratories and diagnostic test. The study does not lineage the familys father and siblings
because the father is already died and his siblings are separated.
