TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. MONTHLY RENTALS, GUARANTEE DEPOSIT, DELIVERY AND PULL-OUT CHARGE will be PAID IN ADVANCE before the delivery of all the
rented items described above. * Gate pass in your village/subdivision and other miscellaneous fees will be charged on client. * For
any lost item, customer is obliged to pay the latest pricelist of Tin Mark Scaffolding Incorporated.
2. Rental Period is effective from the date of delivery and will end upon complete return of equipment, any fraction of a month will be
charge on the following manner, after a full month of usage, in excess of 3 to 15 days, a billing of month will be imposed and 17 up
to 30 days will be considered as one month billing.
3. Upon complete return of equipment, guarantee deposit can be claim in the office or can be deposited to your account after a month
4. Cancellation of any rented or purchased items especially after the contract is made will forfeit 12% of the total amount paid.
5. Tin Mark Scaffolding Incorporated will not be held liable for any injury or death to anybody as a result of misused of equipment.
6. Ordered materials will be delivered 1-2 days after payment or may be scheduled as agreed upon with the client.
7. Rented equipments shall not be reassigned, leased, sold or mortgaged to any third party.

* Rented materials shall not be transferred to any place without the permission of Tin Mark Scaffolding Incorporated *
