STI COLLEGE BALAGTAS
MacArthur highway Borol1st Balagtas Bulacan

Dear Mr. Montemayor

I am Joevil V. Tagab, 4th year student of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is asking your permission
for me to shift to Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology for a reason of not complying with the
required grade for BS in Accountancy of 2.25 for the subjects I took this 1st semester. Also, for the
purpose of graduating this school year because my Parent and my Auntie are expecting me to graduate
this school-year, and it's okay with them even if I will graduate as BS in Accounting Technology and I can
no longer retake those 2 subjects for two reasons (1) Financial problem-because my Auntie is the only
source of our income and I have a younger brother that also needs money for his studies. (2) The
another year it will take-they've got plans for me, my Auntie said that once I graduated, all our
maintenance will be cut-off and she's expecting me to graduate this school-year and I am also expecting
to graduate this school-year because my situation is just the same with last 4th Year students who
graduated as BS in Accounting Technology.

I am writing this letter to your good office to please allow me to graduate as BS in Accounting
Technology and exempt me with the 1-year residency rule because I have a copy of rules and regulations
in taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy that was given to us upon orientation and it don't
indicate that we have to take another year once we fail the retention policy, it work with the last year's
4th-year students, why not on us now and if really there are changed rules, we were not properly
informed with that, we just learned by now. So I am expecting your office for the immediate response.

Hoping for your kindly consideration.

Thank you and God bless!

Respectfully yours,

Joevil V. Tagab
