What Makes a Trained Leader?
Adult leaders are considered trained once complete with Youth Protection Training
and the required courses listed below.
Once trained, adult leaders may wear the official Trained emblem on the left sleeve.

Required Training:
ALL LEADERS CUB SCOUT LEADERS
Youth Protection Training is required for all registered Specific training for every Cub Scouting role is offered.
adults. Must be retaken at least every 2 years. If a change in leadership position occurs, the leader must take
the training for the new position to continue to wear the strip.
