 What Makes a Trained Leader?
Adult leaders are considered trained once complete with Youth Protection Training
and the required courses listed below.
Once trained, adult leaders may wear the official Trained emblem on the left sleeve.
Many of the courses are offered online at https://my.scouting.org/.

Required Training:
ALL LEADERS
Youth Protection Training is required for all registered
adults. Must be retaken at least every 2 years.
