The Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster and PAAWW present

Master Classes with Coach Julia Brusselback

Coach Julia has an extensive background in both gymnastics and
all-star cheerleading. Coach Julia was a level 9 competitive
gymnast at Black Hills Gymnastics and eventually went on to be a
Worlds Semi-Finalist for All-Star Cheerleading in 2009-2010.
Coach Julia has 10 years experience as a gymnastics coach, 6
years of which were spent at Black Hills Gymnastics. Coach
Julias most recent experience consist of 6 years coaching and
directing all-star cheer programs earning several 1st place titles
and judges choice awards. Coach Julia is currently the co-owner
and head coach for Sonic Elite Olympia Cheerleading.

Kick off your winter break with Coach Julia and join us for three fun filled days of gymnastics
training. This is a great opportunity to learn new gymnastics skills or to work on the skills you
already have. All classes will consist of gymnastics, be broken down into three levels, and be
for children ages 5 and up.

Level 1: All Levels, No Experience Necessary

Level 2: Front Limber or Back Walkovers Required
Level 3: Aerial or Back Handspring Required

All classes will be held from 12:30-2:30pm on the below dates:

Level 1- Tuesday, December 19th

Level 2- Wednesday, December 20th
Level 3- Thursday, December 21st

Cost: $20 per class or $50 for all three.

Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia class or program. I hereby expressly release, discharge and
hold harmless from any liability whatsoever Debbis Dance, Etc., Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite
Olympia and all employees and volunteers in their capabilities as representatives of Debbis Dance, Etc., Leap to Your
Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia.

Supervision: Debbis Dance, Etc., Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia is not responsible for
monitoring children in studio common areas and areas surrounding the studio.

Property Loss: I understand Debbis Dance, Etc., Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia is not
responsible for a participants personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the course of a Debbis Dance,
Etc., Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia class or program.

Photographs: I authorize Debbis Dance, Etc., Leap to Your Feet Dance Booster, and/or Sonic Elite Olympia to have and
use photographs of my child/children or myself as may be needed for its records or public relations projects.

Acceptance: I certify that I am familiar with the contents of this release, that I have read and understand the same, and
that it is my intention by signing this release that the same be binding not only to me, but my heirs, administrators,
executors, successors, and assigns.
