Ingredients:-

Chicken breasts (boneless) 225 grams

Corn flour 11/2 tbsp

Chilly garlic sauce 1/4 cup / to taste

Soy sauce 11/2 tbsp / to taste

Vinegar 1 tsp

Minced ginger 1 tsp

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Bread ( foot long) 4

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Cucumber slices 50 grams

Capsicum slices 50 grams

Lettuce leaf 20 grams

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Method:-

Chop the chicken into small pieces. Drain water from the chicken pieces and dust
them with corn flour.

Heat oil & saute the chicken pieces till they turn golden brown. Add chilly-garlic
sauce, chopped ginger, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well and stir fry till the
chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce. This is the Chicken Teriyaki.

Chicken Teriyaki

Take a foot long loaf and cut it into half. Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on the lower
half. Place the lettuce leaves on it followed by cucumber & capsicum slices.
Sprinkle pepper powder and spread a little of theChicken Teriyaki on to p. Cover
the sandwitch with the upper half and grill for 3 minutes before serving.
