Love chicken but bored of eating chicken curry and chicken fry?

Try this recipe

recipe to us.

Ingredients
Chicken - 1 1/2 kg (cut to small pieces)
Potato - 1/2 kg (chopped)
Coconut oil -10 tsp
Onion - big 3 (finely chopped)
Green Chilly -8 (finely chopped)
Dried Chilly -3
Ginger -1 big tube
Garlic - 12 petals
Curry Leaves- 4 twigs
Pepper- 1 tsp
Garam Masala-3tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt
Coconut-1 (scrapped)
Mustard-1tsp

How to prepare

To the chopped chicken, add 2 tsp chilly powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1
tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala and salt according to taste and mix it well
so that the masala covers the chicken properly. Keep this for 2 hours.
Mix 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chilly powder and salt to the chopped potatoes
and keep it for a while. Then cook the potatoes in oil.
In a container, take 10 tsp oil and cover cook the masala chicken in it.
To the cooked chicken add the potatoes. Retain them in the stove and further
properly cook.
Drain out of the oil when well cooked.
Now for seasoning: In the same oil, put 1 tsp mustard, dried chilly and curry
leaves. When it becomes pale, add the chopped chilly and onion to it and saute.
When the onion turns golden brown, add mashed ginger and garlic, 1 tsp pepper
powder, 1 tsp chilly powder and 1 tsp garam masala and stir.
When the masala is well mixed and a smell lingers, put the coconut into it.
Mash the scrapped coconut a little before adding.
When the coconut turns brown, mix the chicken-potato combination into it.

Chicken Thoran is ready. Please note that the dish is not for regular usage. High
consumption may be problematic for cholesterol patients due to its greasiness. Try
this out once in a blue moon for a change.
