RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

125g butter

1 cup caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

tsp vanilla essence

cup cocoa powder, sif

1/3 cup Self Raising Flour, sif

4 large eggs beaten

200g good quality dark chocolate, chop

75g chop toasted walnut

Method :

1. Melt butter. Stir in castor sugar and vanilla essence.

2. Mix in cocoa power and stir in egg till well mixed.

3. Add in flour, chopped chocolate and walnuts.

4. Bake at 175 C , 40 mins.
