This is my fifth week in teaching practicum, sometime I faced problem with

classroom management especially when students came after their snack time.
After snack time, my MST decides to give two choices for students. One of
them is to have rest and take a nap, while the other is to sit in reading area and
read some books. When my MST did these two strategies I found how
misbehaving reduced, and the teacher abled to make many activities, and
managed her time. I learnt that a classroom management is a successful
tool for an effective lesson. I tried to use a reward system, use various kind of
strategy such as, off the light, clapping hand, saying" a phrase and repeat after
me but that it will not work between day and night, My MST told me that the
child is like clay so at first of the year you can form it into the shape you want
but later it will be difficult to form it because it becomes hard.
