1. Hng tr

4. Tr long
Tr long c s dng nh mt thc ung hng ngy v tr long c mi v thm ngon,
v tr thanh, d chu, mang n cho ngi thng tr cm gic khoan khoi sau mi ngm
tr. Tr long l loi tr ln men mt phn (khng oxy ha hon ton) lp i lp li cho
n khi t chun.

Tr long c to hnh bng cch se vin trn, mi vin trn l 1 bp tr. Chnh v iu

5. Tr Sencha

Sencha chnh l ct ca cc xanh sa quen thuc

Tr Sencha l loi tr xanh c trng, ph bin nht ti Nht Bn, chim ti hn 80% lng
tiu th tr Nht Bn. Sencha c trng theo nghim ngt c quy trnh trng v thu
hoch, v vy cc l tr lun c m bo cht lng tuyt vi nht. Trc khi c thu
hoch, l tr c hng nhiu nh nng chiu vo, cc cht c tch t nhiu trn mt
l, l tr Sencha c cha nhiu caffeine, tannin gip phng chng, ngn nga lo ha.

Trong bi vit trc, chng ta cng khm ph rt nhiu loi ct tr pha tr sa. Trong
tr long rt c a chung bi v tr m . Tr long ch cn pha ra l mt
th tr ho hng mi ngi nhm nhi bn nhau hn huyn tm tnh, nay vi kt hp s
li cng c yu thch hn na bi mi la tui, i tng. Hm nay chng ta cng s
dng tr long lm v d xem cch tr v pha tr sa nh.

Tr long cho ra ct tr thm m v tr

tr
tr (hay hm tr) l k thut i hi s t mn trong 2 yu t: thi gian tr v nhit
si ca nc.
V thi gian tr: tr long c ln men mt phn nn thi gian tng i di, khong 15
pht.
V nhit si ca nc: khng nn dng nc si gi tr long s to ra v cht. Ch cn
s dng nc khong 95 .

1. Phn tr: 5g tr + 150ml nc si + 20g ng
2. Phn milk foam: c kh nhiu cch to ra lp milk foam v bn c th xem chi tit
cch lm milk foam v mui bin v v ph mai link nh km nh. y Abby gii thiu
cng thc lm milk foam n gin nht:
Cng thc: 10g bt milk foam + 45ml sa ti khng ng + 5g ng

Lp milk foam t: snh mn, khng b ha tan vi lp tr bn di

Cch lm

Trong thi gian tr, bn hy lm milk foam. Tt c nguyn liu cho vo cc ri nh

1. Cch lm trn chu en (ct by Savoury Days)

Trn chu handmade: tuy khng trn nhng rt ngon v bo m!

Nguyn liu:
90gr bt nng
10gr bt go t (gip trn chu cng hn, dai, nhng bn cng c th thay bng 10g
bt nng)
150gr bt cacao (c th thay th bng Milo)
20gr ng
70- 80ml nc si
Cch lm:
1. Trn tt c nguyn liu vo bt.
2. T t nc va un si vo bt, va va quy lin tc. Khi bt quyn thnh mt
khi th khng cho thm nc na. Thm bt nng nu bt qu t v dnh.
3. Nhi bt ti khi chng ta c mt khi bt mm do, khng dnh tay.
4. Ngt tng mu bt nh, vin thnh vin trn nh ng knh khong 0.5 0.8cm. Bn
c th xoa t bt nng ln tay chng dnh. Lm ti khi ht bt.
