From experiments it is concluded that To obtain the good polishing effect, it is better to choose
low pressure, small incidence angle and small size of the abrasive.Hui Fang, Peiji Guo, and
Jingchi Yu studied dependence of Material Removal and Surface Roughness on the
characteristics of abrasive particles, Workpiece, Pressure, Angle of Incidence on FJP
Experiments showed Volume removal rate is proportional to square root of Youngs Modulus
and inversely proportional to Knoop Hardness. Surface Roughness depend on Elastic Stiffness
E and Plastic Parameter H. Linear Dependence of material removal on working pressure is
obtained via experimental results
