On September 7, 2017, I bought a chocolate from a shop made by the Wily Wonka Candy
Company. The name of the candy is Wonka Bar, with the serial number of 6548134651. I
bought the candy bar at Lilys Shop.

Unfortunately, your product Wonkas Bar has not performed well because the candy bar have
some weird taste in it. The flavor of the candy bar does no taste like chocolate at all, it taste like
expire milk. I am disappointed because Ive been supporting the Willy Wonka Company for over
ten years and now this happen. I would wish to support the company but this kind of event
discourages me any further.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your resolve by investigating into the problem and
solving it. I am not looking for money for the solution. Money is not most at my interest.
Enclosed are copies of analysis test of the chocolate bar from professionals analyses and a
copy of the candy bar warped of my records includes the serial of the candy bar.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until October 7, 2017
before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please
