Instructions for making and using

Cut out the two boxes above

With the bigger box, make a gentle fold along the marked line along the full width of the paper

Use scissors to snip the cut here line

Unfold the paper you should have two slots

Slide the ribbon from the behind through the left hand slot

Push it back through the right hand slot

To use, slide the strip along so that the tonic appears above I
