Dear Mr. Santiago:

Thank you for your recent order. We are sending the Samsung PC systems you ordered by first
class courier service. They should arrive by next Tuesday. You will find 30 Samsung PC systems
with 20-inch LCD monitors along with its licensed software 2008 MS office package version with
an SPSS program, just as you specified. On the LCD monitors, I took the liberty of doubling the
support by placing extra foams and Styrofoam supports on its unprotected sides to ensure
more protection.

The total bill for all the hardware and software you ordered is P 323,970. The payment in full is
due within 30 days. Upon receiving the packages kindly sign the acknowledgement receipts
(AR) and Warranty Cards (WC) and please keep the WC on file along with its official receipts and
return the AR to the courier after signing the papers. Thank you for your patronage. I sincerely
