    Copy that other pedkey.txt into the install directory.

    C:\Program Files\Foxit Software\PDF Editor

    Drop it in that folder. Run the program, register the key (it will look for that
    text document, since your registration info and key is in there, and it has to be
    in that folder). BOOM easy as cake :D
