I think these three lists are significantly different

because they only got some of them are the same with one of
the other lists. Vienna is the only cities that appear on
both three lists and on both three list therere also many
country that doesnt like any of the other 2 lists too.

4. What criticism could be made of these lists?

These lists could make other cities in the country disagree

and have an argument with the chosen country. Its also
could make the neighbour country or the other country that
in that continent arguing about the same reason too.
