Kiln & Cooler

1. Tip casting first blocks tightening to be done then shuttering then while curing, other 3 nos tip
casting blocks to be fixed

2. Cooler 1st drive cleaning

3. Cooler 1st drive above bull mouth plate patching & old bull mouth removal

4. Kiln brick lining then rotation

5. Cooler 2nd drive fixed beam replacement then 3 rows grate plates fixing

6. Cooler 3rd drive fixed beam fixing & cross arm lifting to site
7. Clinker breaker discharge chute welding

8. Cooler drag chain casing patching
