1. Some security issues in Las Bambas to share?

- Communications about safety incidents are not currently received all by SBS team. Dayana
have asked Andrea Duclos Stake Holders Relations/Corporate Affairs to include the SBS
Lima group again. She will follow up. .

2. Some security issues in the office or at home?

- Today I was driving with my cell phone in hand making an audio note about what was going to
share with you, that is the first safety share, do not use the phone while driving.

- I was wondering if we can have a little sign in floor 8th indicating what steps to follow in case of
an earthquake or incident for everyone.

3. Problems or inconvenience to discuss with the team?

- Yesterday (21/09/2016) Accounts Payable receive a phone call of our provider ORICA, they
were worry about 3.5 USD million overdue payments, because they fiscal year end is on
September and they need to know at least what is the status of their invoices. We have
recovered 1.5 USD million to be paid at the end of September, and the other 2 USD million have
issues with warehouse inputs and price discrepancies. We will work together with Camilo and
the warehouse to resolve these issues.

4. Some important task which you want to talk?

- We receive 1946 printed payment slips now we are working to identify if all the information is
coming up correctly. We have generated a report with SBS Vientiane so we can double check
the information on the entire payroll in a monthly basis.
After a first revision, we have found that the field workplace in the payment slip, have some
differences. Next action will be to send a report of all employees to each HRBP to validate their
information.
Payment slips will be sent to Cusco office (Carol Acosta) for distribution.

5. Value share

- As purchasing area have meetings every week with different vendors looking for new business
opportunities or business improvements. Perhaps it would be a good initiative to share with them
our company values at each meeting so we can create a better commitment.
Our common vision is to grow together with our internal and external stakeholders.

1. Se present algn evento de seguridad en Las Bambas que quieran compartir?

- Las comunicaciones remitidas acerca de los incidentes de seguridad no se estn recibiendo en

la casilla de SBS Lima. Dayana solicito a Andrea Duclos (Comunicacin Corporativa) para que
se vuelva a incluir al grupo de SBS en dichas comunicaciones. Se encuentra en seguimiento.

2. Se present algn evento de seguridad en la oficina o en sus hogares que quieran compartir

- El da de hoy estaba conduciendo y tome el celular para grabar notas de voz. No usen el celular
mientras conducen.

- Me preguntaba si podemos implementar un letrero que indique los pasos a seguir en caso de
terremoto o cualquier incidente.

3. Problemas o inconvenientes para discutir?

- El da de ayer, cuentas por pagar recibi la llamada del proveedor Orica pues se encontraban
preocupados por las facturas fuera de fecha que ascienden a 3.5 MM ya que el ao fiscal
culmina en Septiembre y necesitan tener un estatus de las mismas.
Se identificaron 1.5 MM los cuales sern abonados en el transcurso de Septiembre, sin
embargo los 2 MM restantes presentan inconvenientes con almacn por discrepancias en
precios. Se realizar el seguimiento correspondiente.

4. Algn evento importante que comentar?

- Se recibieron 1946 boletas impresas. Al momento, se est trabajando en verificar si toda la

informacin es correcta con las boletas de SBS para verificar detalles a corregir.
- Se ha generado un reporte con SBS Vientin para que poder verificar la informacin de toda la
planilla mes a mes.
- Se est revisando el campo lugar de trabajo en las boletas, se han encontrado algunas
diferencias. La accin a tomar es enviar un reporte de todos los empleados a cada HRBP para
que verifiquen esta informacin.
- Las boletas sern enviadas a la oficina de Cusco (Carol Acosta) para que sean distribuidas.

5. Valor a compartir

- Como rea de compras tenemos reuniones cada semanada con diferentes proveedores en
bsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio as como de mejora, sera una buena iniciativa
compartir con ellos nuestros valores como compaa en cada reunin de manera que
generemos un mayor compromiso.
Cabe resaltar que nuestro objetivo compartido es crecer junto con nuestros clientes y socios
estratgicos.
