SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement follows our meeting on December 28, 2016, during which we
discussed your wedding and our professional role in providing your wedding cake
and floral arrangements. It is my understanding that you availed of our Titanium
Wedding Package and you will retain our services for your wedding scheduled on
June 12, 2017.

FEES & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For the said package you will pay a total amount of PhP 50,000.00. Payment
will be made as follows:
1. A NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit of 50% of
the total consideration in the amount of PhP 25,000.00 is due at the time
of contract signing. This deposit is based on the amount of the invoice.
2. Balance is due five (5) days prior to the event June 7, 2017 (Due Date).
3. Sweets and Blooms reserves the right to terminate this agreement if
payment is not made by the due date.

CHANGES

We will do our best to accommodate your changing needs. Any additions or

changes made within 72 hours of the event may be subjected to an additional charge
depending upon the availability of the item. If the date of your event changes, we
may not be able to accommodate you depending upon prior commitments. Any
changes made to this contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties.

CANCELLATION

In case you need to cancel your event, we require 60-day notice. Any
cancellation after this time will result in a 50% charge of the original contract
amount. If there are extenuating circumstances please advise us. Cancellations will
only be accepted in person by the bride or groom.

OUR COMMITMENT

We will provide all the services agreed upon in time for your event. As
scheduled, your wedding will be on June 12, 2017, 3 oclock in the afternoon at San
Miguel Church. The cake will be delivered in Frosty Bites, Celdran Village, Tubod
Iligan City at 6:00 oclock in the evening on the said wedding date. Also, all floral
arrangements will be completed 9:00 oclock in the morning on the wedding day.
