The family of Timothy Piazza, 19, who died after falling down steps on Feb. 2 at Penn State

fraternity house, said that the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General has been asked to take

over the prosecution of the case Tuesday nj.com reported.

District Attorney Bernie Cantorna denied the request and stated he could not take over the case

according to a report from the Centre Dailey Times.

In Readington township Beta Theta Pi fraternity house is now closed. The Pizzas have full

confidence that the state Attorney General Josh Shapiro and his office will bring all those

responsible for Tims death to justice, Philadelphia based attorney Thomas R. Kline representing

the Piazza family, said in a statement.

Serious charges were dismissed against 18 defendants on the fraternity in September and Stacy

Parks Miller refilled charges. Surveillance video footage has been discovered. The hearing for

the 17 facing new charges is scheduled for Nov. 28.

A Brookdale Community College student has been identified as the driver killed in a car crash on

Saturday in Old Bridge as 18-year-old Jacob D. Rivera nj.com reported.

The crash happened at 1:30am near James Avenue, Old Bridge where he was pronounced dead at

the scene police said. Capt.

Steve Daroci said its possible he lost control of the Honda accord and hit a curb but its still

under investigation.

Rivera graduated from Calvary Christian School in Old Bridge and at Brokedale Community

College his goal was to become a computer programmer according to his obituary.

A funeral service is scheduled to be held for Wednesday at 10:30am.

The New York Times ran an op-ed Rossalyn Warren titled Facebook Is Ignoring Anti-Abortion

Fake News. According to national review.com

Warren expressed that articles form pro-life websites such as LifeNews.com and LiveAction.org

often shared on facebook. The abortion related stories from mainstream media receive less online

attention. She calls on Facebook to censor content from pro-life news outlets because she

believes such articles spread misinformation.

There is plenty to criticize on Warren story, she provides no evidence that pro-life websites run

stories that are factually accurate. An article Contraception states this point and interviewed 31

authors. The journalists admitted that they have no need to present pro-life and pro-choice

argument with equal weight. They felt it was their responsibility to address both sides.

Warren issue on mainstream media is unbiased information. Facebook and other social media

sites have been pro-lifers making it easier for them to organize online. It is easier for pro-life to

avoid mainstream media.

Facebook and other social media sites should make a clear stance on free speech and oppose the

urge to censor articles and opinion pieces.

On Tuesday CBS fired Charlie Rose after several women who worked with him on his PBS

interview showed alleged sexual misconduct such as groping and walking naked in front of them

according to wtop.com.

PBS and CBS organization stressed the issue on providing a safe workplace environment. Rose

was suspended on Monday night and there was no reaction. Monday night he apologized for his

actions and said he was deeply embarrassed.

CBS News President David Rhodes said Despite Charlies important journalistic contribution to

our news division, there is absolutely nothing more important, in this or any organization, than

ensuring a safe professional workplace a supportive environment where people feel they can do

their best. We need to be such a place.

Several women stated that Rose touched them on the breasts, buttocks or thigh and naked from a

shower when they were working at his residence. CBS stated they were not aware of any of these

complaints until the Post story that PBS said it knew about Rose actions.

On Tuesday in New York Iranian hacker was accused by federal prosecutors of planning the

summertime cyberattack that targeted HBO according to abcnewws.go.com.

Behzad Mesirwas charged in a seven-count incident with computer fraud, wire fraud and other

crimes. HBO was hacked for seven months including unaired video files episodes of Ballers,

Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Deuce. Scripts of Game of Thrones, confidential cast and crew

lists and emails belonging to at least one HBO employee were also compromised.

Money was the motive and the court stated there emails from Mersi being sent to HBO stating

they were being hacked. Hi All losers! Yes its true! HBO Is hacked! The email demanded $6

million in cash prosecutors said.

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim said in a statement Mersi stands charged with federal

carmines and even not arrested today he will forever have to look over his shoulder until he is

made to face justice.

Mesri known hacker name used Skote Vahshat to deface hundreds of websites in the U.S. and

around the world.

U.S. Sgt La David Johnson additional remains were found on Nov.12 in Niger where the body

was recovered according to abcnews.go.com.

Johnson and three other U.S. soldiers were killed when their patrol 12 U.S. and 30 Nigerian

soldiers were ambushed by ISIS affiliated group Oct 4.

Dana W. White said in a statement Tuesday We can confirm that the Armed Forces Medical

Examiner has positively identified these remains as those of Sgt. Johnson. There is a continue

investigation into the deaths of staff Sgt. Bryan C. Black, Sgt. Jeremiah W. Johnson, Staff Sgt.

Dustin M. Wright and Sgt. La David T. Johnson. We extend our deepest condolences to all of the

families of the fallen.

Johnson family was notified of the discovery a U.S. official stated. Johnson wife Myeshia

Johnson could not understand why she could not see her husband telling Good Morning

America. Mrs. Johnson said It could be an empty box for all I know but I need to see my

husband. I havent seen him since he came home.

U.S. official said Johnson body was not located until two days after the attack.

arm, so I had to make the play with one hand.

Sanu always had a confident swagger regardless of any condition. The Falcons who lost their

Kean University womens Basketball freshman Lorenzah Hammer freshman has been named

New Jersey Atlantic Conference rookie of the week according to keanathlectics.com/

Hammer averaged 6.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.7 blocks and 2.0 assists per contest as the cougars

went 2-1 this past week.

Hammer helped Kean Cougars capture the classic title and was named to all tournament team

after averaging 7.0 rebounds, 5.0 blocks and 2.5 assists per contest in victories over Salisbury

University and Cabrini University.

Gomez suffers from lupus and spoke about the Lupus research Alliance breaking through Gala in

NYC.

Gomez said I am really honored to be here with all of you guys tonight, my lupus community,

she told the crowd. As many of you know or might not know I was diagnosed with lupus about

five or six years ago.

Gomez spoke about her own situation and want to raise awareness about the disease to young

girls realizing their dreams without lupus.

Mayo Clinc said lupus is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs when your bodys immune

system attacks your own tissues and organs. Organs that may be affected by lupus include the

kidneys, heart and lungs.

Gomez continued thankfully one of best friends gave her a kidney and it was a life or death

situation. She said now there is a 3 to 5 percent chances her lupus will return.

Not everyone is lucky enough to have a donor and something as monumental as an organ

transplant shouldnt be the best treatment option available she said.
