PAN Director, Office of Facilities and Sustainability DATE: 28 November 2017 RE: ‘Study Venues during Finals 1" Semester 2017 This is to inform all Loyola Schools students that school venues will be made available for your use as, study areas in preparation for the First semester final examinations. The Rizal Library-Matteo Ricci Hall will be open for the use of all students until midnight from November 28 to December 9 except for November 30 and December 3. Certain classroom will also be made available from 5:00 to 9:00 PM on ‘Mondays to Fridays and from 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. These rooms will be made available starting on Wednesday, 29 November until Saturday, 09 December 2017. No reservations will be required for the use of the rooms and group study is allowed, but please be mindful of other students who will use these facilities for individual silent study.
