I have had the pleasure of being Tamika Berezniaks University Clinical

Supervisor for her third semester of student teaching. She has been an
integral part of a second grade classroom at Inez Elementary School. Tamika
has been responsible for teaching all subjects to her students.

During this time she has planned and implemented all aspects of the
second grade curriculum. Tamika has successfully demonstrated her
awareness of different learning styles and has adequately adjusted her
lessons to meet the various needs of her students. Tamika engages her
students by using a variety of strategies. She often uses technology,
especially the Promethean board, to teach the students and to allow them to
actively participate in the lesson and to share their knowledge with
others. Tamika has excellent classroom management.

Tamika possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. She has a

great rapport with the students she has worked with. She is well dressed,
articulate, and always ready with a smile and a kind word. I am certain that
Tamika will be an asset to any staff that she works with. She is confident,
knowledgeable, and has the skills of an experienced teacher. I believe that
she will continue to grow and become even more effective as a teacher with
