About the Instructor
Jordan Owen is a graduate of
Appalachian State University with
a BM in Instrumental Music
Education K-12. At Appalachian
Ms. Owen studied clarinet with Dr.
Andrea Cheeseman and
conducting with Dr. John Ross.
Ms. Owen started playing clarinet
in 2007 and has stuck with it ever
since. She has always had a great
passion for music and wants to
foster that joy in others. She
believes that she was meant to
teach and loves seeing her
students grow as musicians and
individuals.
