CALL SLIP

1. Right click on request print selected


2. Find book in stacks
3. Right click on request Fill request
4. Fold paper in half and stick it in the book, put book in mail tub

BORROW DIRECT

1. Right click on email quick print (second option) find book in stacks
2. Go into Voyager Circulation click Item scan book barcode
3. Click on graph icon double click Circulation Review
4. Click on paper & pen icon
5. Create a new note type borrow direct 9/7/17 NetID
6. Put purple slip in the book, desensitize, put book in mail tub

INTERLIBRARY LOAN

1. Right click on email quick print (second option) find book in stacks
2. Go into Voyager Circulation Charge to ILL pseudo patron (card in draw under standing
computer)
3. Desensitize, put book in mail tub

SCANS

1. Right click on email quick print (second option) find book in stacks
2. Open Adobe (directly to the right of Start menu in bottom bar)
3. Create form From Existing Document Scan a paper form
4. Place printed email in scanner (bottom right corner)
5. Select Black & White for non-color books, or Select Autodetect Color for color books
a. Scanner should warm up and then scan the email
6. Click on Scan more pages
a. Put the book in scanner and press firmly down (move keyboard closer to scanner)
b. Hit enter on keyboard
c. Do this for all pages
7. When finished, click Scan complete
8. Pdf will appear click Close Form Editing
a. Make sure all pages are there, in correct order, not blurry
9. Click Save As should automatically send you to Scans folder
a. Save file name as TN# (found in email) in Scans folder
b. Example: 1375669.pdf
10. Open FileZilla
11. Click button right below File in top left (Open the Site Manager)
12. Click Connect
13. On the left side first box (Local Site), scroll all the way up and click Desktop
14. In box below that one, double click Scans
a. Find your file, click it once
15. On right side first box (Remote Site), click plus sign (next to folder icon and /)
a. Scroll down and click plus sign to the left of pdf
b. Click on TIFF documents for Olin ILL
16. Drag your file from left side to right side
17. Your file should appear on right side
