Task 1 Reflection

I corrected the Works Cited page as well as the in-paper citations so that my paper would

be in APA format. I also elaborated more on my personal writing process since there were

sections of that paragraph that could have been more detailed. I have learned that during my

writing and revision process tends to remain the same for my papers. I start revising by having

someone read my essay and they give me feedback. I take that feedback and fix my paper. I have

also noticed that I focus on editing while writing my paper before revision. I want to make sure

that my grammar, spelling, and punctuation is perfect, so I do not have to necessarily focus on

the editing portion of my writing process. This can sometimes take my focus off of my content

leading to organizational errors. If this happens, I have to make sure I am referring back to my

original outline and if I am following it.
