The church is united by creedal orthodoxy and a commitment to read the


Word of the Lord in prayer and worship as part of the historic Anglican
tradition; in this sense, the church feels more Anglican than it does
Episcopalian

The Music Ministry only has a Director and Assistant Director of Music; there is
no administrative or secretarial staff support

Weddings are paid at the rate of $150 per service

Funerals are considered part of the salary and not stipendiary

Full health benefits are provided

Retirement benefits include an employer match of up to 5% of salary

Salary range for the job is $39K - $47K

There is a disability benefit but no unemployment benefit

The position comes with 2 weeks of paid vacation and 1 week of continuing
education leave

The budget for continuing education is $500 per annum

Current concert series has suffered due to poor advertising and dwindling
attendance; there is currently no PR strategy apart from hanging posters around
town and sending emails to the congregation

The Director of Music needs to be present for weekly staff and worship
committee meetings
