HIGHER SECONDARY CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION FORM FILLING FOR FEBRUARY 2018
ONLY FOR S.Y.J.C. (SCIENCE) PRIVATE (FORM NO. 17) STUDENTS
All the students of S.Y.J.C.(Science) PRIVATE (FORM NO. 17) students are
hereby informed to fill the examination form on 05.12.2017 as per
schedule given below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All the students are required to be present on the
said day with the filled Enrolment Certificate with following documents:
(Enrolment Certificate will be available on your email).
1) Examination fees should be paid by DD to be drawn in favour of
Thakur College of Science and Commerce.
2) Student should keep photo & signature in jpg format (scan copy) in pen
drive and on his/her email ID in regular size.
(Only 45mmx35mm photo & Signature will be accepted & it is compulsory
also)
3) Original & photocopy of std: XI Marksheet.
4) Handicapped & Learning Disability students should submit attested photocopy
of certificate.
5) Photocopy of std: X Marksheet, Leaving Certificate and Aadhar Card.

Note:

1. Students are required to fill in the photocopy of the on line form, which
can be obtained from the Xerox room. All the students are informed to be
present on the said day.
2. Examination fees are likely to be revised and if the fees are revised
students are required to pay the difference amount of fees while collecting
the hall ticket.
