Step 1: Lay your paper vertically and lined-side up
Step 2: Fold the top left and right corners in half
Step 3: Pinch the center of the X created by the folds
Step 4: Press down the top half
Step 5: Fold down the two flaps on top
Step 6: Fold the bottom left and right side in
towards the center
Step 7: Fold the bottom half in, towards the top
Step 8: Fold the bottom half, in half
Step 9: Flip over and draw some eyes and a nose
