BE IT ENACTED BY THE MORRISON CONGRESS

1 SECTION 1: Findings
2 Congress makes the following findings:
3 1) According to the 2016 Current Population Survey (CPS), immigrants and their
4 U.S.-born children now number approximately 84.3 million people, or 27 percent
5 of the overall U.S. population (ii)
6 2) There were reportedly 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. in 2015 (i)
7 3)Illegal immigrants from Mexico make up only 50% of illegal aliens in America
8 (i)
9 4)America has long been a nation of immigrants, and therefore its culture and
10 economy is greatly influenced by them (ii)
11 SECTION 2: Purpose
12 The purpose of this legislation is to hold the federal government of America to its
13 commitment of protecting its citizens from potentially harmful foreign insurgence.

16 SECTION 3: General Provisions

18 Under this legislation, the law enforcement regarding illegal immigration to America
19 is to be strictly enforced. To it, as follows:
20 The borders of the country and the individual states is to be monitored closely to stop
21 the entre of immigrants not permitted to be in the country.
22 The act of residing in the USA without permission is to be presented as a crime and
is to be treated as such. Offenders will face penalties such as deportation, fine,

and imprisonment.
