was Ms. Naftulin’s clinical instructor for the course titled “Acute and Chronic Illness
Management IT” in the baccalaureate-nursing program at the University of Arizona,
College of Nursing. Ms. Naftulin provided care for patients in the Trauma & Neuro
Intensive Care Units. In addition, Rachel cared for patient in the Cardiac Intermediate
Care & Bone Marrow Transplant Care units at Banner University Medical Center in
Tueson, Arizona. I have known Rachel since January 2017 and have found her to be an
outstanding student,

challenging situations, works diligently, and is self-directed. Rachel has shown the kind
