Dear Resident(s),

At The Enclave Apartment Homes, we are constantly striving to ensure that every resident enjoys the best in
apartment living. Property maintenance and improvements are a major part of that commitment. Starting
Monday, December 4, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, we will begin annual fire alarm inspections. We will be
visually inspecting the fire sprinklers and sounding the alarm horns in each apartment. You WILL hear alarms
throughout the day. Below is the schedule of work:

This mandatory maintenance should take less than 10 minutes per apartment home. Please note that we are
unable to accommodate appointments. This letter serves as your 24 hour notice that we will be entering your
apartment. Please ensure all dogs and cats are restrained during these inspections.
