We previously sent you a letter in the mail regarding the fiber upgrade at the residence located at 12345
Main Street in Orlando, Florida. We have upgraded our facilities to fiber optics in the area so we can retire
our copper equipment and provide you with a more reliable service. A technician has unsuccessfully tried
to gain access into the residence to complete the inside portion of the upgrade. This must be completed by
December 29, 2017 or the current services will not work. Below is a description of what needs to be
completed inside. Please call the local retail store immediately to schedule an appointment for a technician
