FESTIVAL ORGANISER AND ARTIST CONTRACT

This agreement is for the services of music described below between ORGANISER
(festival organiser) and ALIEN (the musician being asked to perform).

ORGANISER will host the festival called: Beers in the Backies.

ORGANISER agrees that ALIEN will perform on: 3rd of March 2018, at 6pm for 45
minutes.

The location of the festival is: 5 Duncan Place, DUNDEE, DD3 0JT.

1. Agreement to Perform
ALIEN agrees to provide the performance in accordance with the terms of this
Agreement.

2. Price of Performance
ORGANISER agrees to pay ALIEN any travel expenses straight after the
performance.

3. Recording of Performance
ALIEN agrees that the performance will be recorded.

4. Excuse of Obligations
ORGANISER and ALIEN shall be excused from their obligations in the event of
proven sickness, accident or any other legitimate occurrence beyond their
control.

5. Independent Contractor
5.1 ALIEN acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an
employee of the ORGANISER.

5.2 ALIEN will have sole control and direction in the conduct of the
Performance.

6. Merchandising
ALIEN may, during the 2018 festival, sell any merchandise on the grounds of
the festival. They will keep all money made.

7. Promotion
7.1 ORGANISER will be entitled to advertise and promote the appearance of
ALIEN at the festival.
 7.2 ALIEN hereby acknowledges and agrees that the ORGANISER may use the
ALIEN name, photographs, likeness and any other promotional materials in all
such promotions, advertising or other activities used to increase attendance
of the event.

8. Passes
ORGANISER will provide special passes to ALIEN for entering the festival
grounds.

9. Stage
9.1 ORGANISER will furnish the stage, lighting, sound and power for the
performance.
9.2 ALIEN is aware they have to bring breakables, microphone and any other
equipment they would prefer to use.
