CONTRACT BETWEEN PROMOTER AND ARTIST

This contract is between PROMOTER and JAMDYN (the band) for the hiring of
JAMDYN as independent contractors to perform the Show for PROMOTER at The
Tinsmith located in Dundee.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Place, Date and Time of Show

The parties agree that the time and place of Show will be located at The
Tinsmith, on the **/02/2018 at 8pm.

2. Description of Show
2.1 Show will be a musical performance with musical content decided by
JAMDYN.
2.2 Show will last minimum of 45 minutes.

3. Payment
3.1 JAMDYN will be paid 200 or 70% of ticket sales, whichever is greater, by
PROMOTER.
3.2 Amount will be paid at the end of Show.
3.3 If show cannot take place due to unpredictable occurrences, e.g act of
nature or illness/disability of JAMDYN, JAMDYN will not receive payment.

4. Band Guest Tickets

PROMOTER will make available to JAMDYN 15 complimentary tickets to Show
for JAMDYN to use at their sole discretion.

5. Food and Drink

PROMOTER will provide JAMDYN with a rider of their choice.

6. Security, Health and Safety

6.1 PROMOTER warrants that Venue will be of sufficient size to safely conduct
Show, and that there will be security and/or medics available if necessary.
6.2 PROMOTER maintains sufficient personal injury/property insurance for
Venue to cover unforeseeable claims.
