Dear Parent/ Caregiver

In HASS this term the focus topic has been Civics and Citizenship. As part of this, on Monday the 4th of
December we will be walking down to the Council Chambers to speak with the Mayor. He will be
speaking to the children about the electoral process and answering their questions. Some of the
children will be sharing their Australian Citizenship speeches. We had originally planned this for Friday
of week 7 however, the Mayor is unavailable.

On Friday the 1st of December we will be walking to the Port Lincoln Foreshore for a shared lunch to
farewell Miss Popovic. Could you please provide a plate of food a shared lunch. (Girls - savoury, boys
sweet).
