the pleasure of supervising Mr. Markle during the past year and I have found him to be a highly
qualified teacher, dedicated to his students and the teaching profession. He has served as a
classroom assistant in the Autistic Support program at Greater Latrobe Senior High School.
Mr. Markle demonstrates proficiency in the area of planning and preparation. He is reliable and
always willing to provide for his students’ needs in both academic and extra-curricular activities.
Mr. Markle participates in collaboration and planning with the lead teacher in the classroom and.
with other staff members in the building,
Mr. Markle has experience in maintaining a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
His students are always engaged with the lessons. He maintains an atmosphere of respect and
encourages a culture for learning. Mr. Markle is firm, but friendly, and the students look to him
for guidance and encouragement,
Mr. Markle demonstrates research-based instructional delivery. He is able to differentiate a
lesson for a variety of individual student needs. If students are not able to master the content of a
lesson, Mr. Markle will spend extra time re-teaching the material. He provides hands-on
experiences and engaging lessons to reach all styles of learners.
Mr. Markle also demonstrates professionalism. He participates in professional development
activities and is always willing to collaborate with other staff members. Mr. Markle also attends
after-school activities, such as concerts and the prom, to support his students.
