For this project I have chosen to create a book about prepositions, about what grammatical content to teach I had many ideas come to mind, which is hose that specific grammatical content. When I created my book I chose to give ita spooky theme because I felt that younger children would enjoy it more. Also, originally my text wasn’t going to rhyme, but I worked extremely hard to add the rhyming words so that way it makes it funny and enjoyable to read. From my own experience, Vv Comprehension was something I struggled with, but I enjoyed reading Dr. Seuss books because of the rhyming words and the funny text, this is why I added rhyming and tried to make it enjoyable to my audience. The teaching content behind it is simple to learn because I added the character “Jack” as the focus point to the reader and also to show the place in the preposition. In my opinion the reader is learning the grammatical content because I have pointed out what to look for, so it makes it obvious and also the examples I give is helpful in a way to understand the meaning of prepositions. In Coelho’s text, she states that the study of English grammar includes syn ‘study of sentence structure, and morphology, the study of word structure. (Coell __ When teaching English grammar, students’ with English as theirivity to show your student content, I think itis im the lesson to make the students engaged and that way it is easier fo lesson. This is why I structured my project in a way that the reader can easily read comprehend. Also, in order for students to understand the content the teacher must provide enough examples so the students get an idea of what is being taught and what is being expected from them.
