Assignment title 2- Plan and Implement Work Based Team Project

Purpose of this unit

This unit aims learners to develop a proposal for a work based team project ,Plan the project, implement the plan
and evaluate the project.

Scenario :

In order to achieve the learning outcomes and meet the standards for this unit, you will need to work as part of a team.
You will need to develop a proposal and plan for a project, implement the plan and then present the results and carry out
an evaluation.
The size and composition of the team must be negotiated with your tutor, who will take the final decision.
The basis of your project is to add benefit to the local community where the college/provider is based. Initially your team
should research potential good causes in the locality, as your project will be to raise funding to support one good cause.

Task 2
Once agreement has been reached you are now in a position to plan your project. This plan should include:
The physical, financial and human resources needed for the project
Activities that each team member will carry out in the light of the already agreed roles and responsibilities
A risk assessment for the project
Interim and completion timescales for the project.
Task 3
You are now ready to implement the plan according to the assigned roles and responsibilities. While the project is
ongoing systematically record your progress by completing:
A personal and team log which records the activities carried out during the project
A personal and team log recording the problems and solutions encountered during the execution project.

This task covers assessment criteria P2.1, P2.2, P2.3 and P3.1,P3.2,P3.3

A pass grade is achieved by meeting all the requirements listed in the assessment criteria
