RECOMMENDATION

During the experiment, we can found that if we want to pour the mixture of the Polyol and
Isocyanate into the mould, fristly we have to make sure that the hole that we made on the mould is big
enough for the mixture to flow smootlhly into the mould. It is because if the hole is not big enough,
the mixture will enter the hole slowly that can cause mixture to harden early and the mould is not fully
occupied by the mixture.

We also found that the reading scale used was hard to read. It is when we want to make the
mixture, we have to take weight the mass of the silicon and hardening and the fluid to put into the
mould. We suggest that the staff can use a visible tape to cover up the reading of the scale, so that if
any liquid cover up the scale we still be able to read the reading.

Lastly we found that the sheet metal was not cut properly and precisely. We have to use the
blacktape to cover the box of the sheet metal to prevent the mixture from leaked. To prevent this
problem, the sheet metal should be cut precisely so that the box would not have any leaking spot.
