I highly enjoyed getting to know my own body through this semester of Introduction to Yoga.

think it is important to always be aware of our health, and I know that for me, it is not always

easy to remind myself to set health goals. This semester helped me be more health conscious

and helped me manage my stress throughout my first full college semester. Yoga is an interest

that my sister has always wanted to share with me and it has also helped us bond and become

closer.
