If one of my friends was applying for a position as a technical writer at Google, I would advise that they
submit the resume represented in figure 12-5. In my opinion, the resume in 12-5 is better organized and
the skills utilized at each job are apparent. In order to make this resume more effective, I would include
courses taken in school that are relevant to the job at Google. If my friend was applying for a job at IBM,
I would tell my friend not to change anything on the resume since Google and IBM targets the same
audience.
